Sports medicine professionals, certified personal trainers and other health professionals who must live up to stringent anti-doping expectations according to the "principals of ethical behavior" announced on July 16, 2007 in a joint initiative of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.

PADS Strives to Ensure Lasting Action
As an Organizational Member of the Professionals Against Doping in Sports team, you will aid in our fight to fulfill the guiding principles of the PADS program:
- Establish anti-doping rules for your organizational membership
- Participate in education programs for your members and others that you might influence to promote anti-doping efforts.
- Participate with ACSM in other activities of mutual interest that are supportive of the larger goal of providing drug-free sport.
